Refund policy

RETURN POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from
Chicka & Co. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will
gladly accept returns within 10 days of purchase. Reminder this will be a return for store credit only.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original
packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at
chickaandco@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the
return. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are
responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the
status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a
refund with a gift card for said amount via email.

Please allow 3 business days for the refund to be
processed and for the funds to appear in your account.

Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item for a different size
or color, please contact our customer service team at chickaandco@gmail.com to initiate the exchange process. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and we will cover the
cost of shipping the new item to you.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective
item, please contact our customer service team at chickaandco@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged or defective item. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed. We will cover the cost of return
shipping, and we will either replace the item or issue a refund, depending on your preference.
